Redevelopment construction began July 2005. Opened July 2006.

Scope and Scale:
Demolition of approximately 60,000 s.f. of deteriorated commercial space to make room for 30,000 s.f. of new retail and restaurant space and a two-story, 55,000 s.f. Navy office building. Retain approximately 25,000 s.f. of existing "quick-service" restaurants.
