Jeff Arce is a partner in The MacNaughton Group and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Arce is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of The MacNaughton Group and is directly involved in strategic planning and operations. He has completed numerous real estate and retail operating company related financings, purchase and sale transactions. He also serves on an advisory management committee for the Starbucks and Jamba operations.
In 1980, Mr. Arce joined the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Los Angeles. He relocated to the newly-opened Honolulu office in 1982 to assist in its initial development. In 1985, he was promoted to Audit Manager and Director of Recruiting and Personnel for the Hawaii office. He left Andersen in 1989 to join The MacNaughton Group, where he assumed financial responsibility for certain of the retail operations and all real estate activities.
Mr. Arce was born in Southern California and in 1980 received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
Mr. Arce has served on the Board of Directors of a number of charitable organizations as well as professional organizations. He is a past president of Financial Executives International - Hawaii Chapter and a member of the Hawaii Society of CPAs and the Hawaii Society of Corporate Planners. Mr. Arce serves on the Board of Trustees of Kapiolani Health Foundation and the Pacific Club, and serves in an advisory capacity for several for-profit companies.
